One of the most aesthetically pleasing places i’ve ever stayed, interior looked like a true work of art. The hosts are fantastic, always checking in and responds very quickly. Very proactive in making sure our needs were taken care of. They offered many recommendations for restaurants, clubs, excursions and all turned out great. Even down to the gate security who called a cab for me to go out at 2am, every one was just great. The place is quiet and well kept and if i’m back in Tulum I would absolutely stay here again. They really make you feel like you’re at home.

The attention to detail—from plush bedding and designer furnishings to the fully stocked kitchen and spa-like bathrooms—was unmatched. Barney was a phenomenal host: communicative, accommodating, and genuinely invested in making sure our stay was seamless. The location was also perfect—private enough to feel exclusive, but close enough to easily access the best of the city. Whether you’re visiting for work or a relaxing getaway, this space delivers luxury, ease, and an elevated experience that’s hard to top. Can’t wait to book again!

I stayed in the white penthouse at Barneys New York Residences with a group of friends for my 30th birthday. We immensely enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end. The concierge team changed right before we checked in, yet the transition was seamless and smooth. Pam was very responsive and nothing short of amazing! I sent over my itinerary and prior communications, she made sure each detail was confirmed. We utilized the private chef for three meals and enjoyed a sound bath at the residence. If I could snap my fingers and return for a week, I would do it immediately. Thank you Barneys and Pam for making my 30th a memorable experience.
