Airports & Transfers The first step is letting us know which airport you will be arriving at: • Cancún International Airport (CUN): Approx. 1h 45m–2h drive (traffic-dependent). The route is straightforward, passing Playa del Carmen on a direct highway. • Tulum International Airport (TQO): Approx. 45–60 minutes to the property. We highly recommend arranging your transfer with our concierge. Rates vary depending on the vehicle model, number of passengers, place of arrival, and season, and are paid directly to the provider. Other options: • Rental Cars: Limited models, and the process can be slow. • Taxis: Convenient but often expensive for long distances. • ADO Bus: Not ideal, as it drops you downtown, requiring another transfer.
